We have based our policy regarding the appropriation of profits on expanding shareholders' interest in medium to long-term perspective while maintaining the consecutive dividends.
Transition of dividend
The Interim Dividends for FY2025
Regarding the interim dividend for FY2025, we decided to distribute a dividend of ?25 per common share, taking into account the performance of the current fiscal year as well as the medium to long-term financial outlook and balance.
Additionally, for Class B preferred shares, we decided to distribute an interim dividend of ? 1,450,000 per share.
Forecasts of Year-End Dividends for FY2025
Regarding the year-end dividend forecast for FY2025, there have been no changes since the last announcement. We plan to distribute a dividend of ?25 per common share (?50 per year), taking into account the performance of the current fiscal year as well as the medium to long-term financial outlook and balance.
Additionally, for Class B preferred shares, we plan to distribute a dividend of ?1,450,000 per share (?2,900,000 per year).
